Dr. Fraser lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife Nora Jean, whom he has been married to for 51 years. He is also a proud father to two sons, Kyle and Scott, and cherishes his role as a grandfather. Additionally, he enjoys a close bond with his beloved sister and best friend, Dr. Emma Fraser Pendleton.
